Working Principle:
First, the digital pulse signal (made by sensor) is received by tachometer and is directly read into CPU count after processing. The speed and corresponding pointer position is calculated by software. The signal passes through the CPU control and is enlarged to drive a stepper motor performing a forward or reverse rotation. It directly indicates the corresponding rotation speed value, because the pointer is fixed on rotation axis of the stepper motor. One stepper motor step is only about a third degree.
Advantages:
1.Static moment is large so that the pointer is hard to chatter and has a strong resistance to vibration.
2.Single chip microprocessor is used through software design leading to high precision and strong anti-jamming.
3.LCD display is adopted by the hour meter without mechanical part, making it more reliable and fashionable.
