SZM-4
Magnetic-electric Tachometer
SZM-4 magnetic-electric tachometer is composed of an indicator and a sensor. Using a shaft neck wide angle instrument as the indicator, it features good vibration resistance and impact resistance, stable indication, high reliability, etc. Connected with an external power source through a transmission wire, it can measure the rotation speed of various kinds of power equipment in a far distance.
Main Technical Parameters
Specifications:(0~1,500)r/min (Rotating speed proportion: 1:1)
(0~3,000)r/min (Rotating speed proportion: 1:2)
Accuracy class: 1.5 class (20℃±5℃)
Working environment: temperature of -25℃~55℃
relative humidity: 5~100% (including frosting)
Temperature influence: the indicating value change of the tachometer should not exceed the absolute value of basic error limit every time the temperature is changed by 10℃when the ambient temperature is changed within a specified range.
Mechanical force resisting effect: it can resist to the acceleration of l0g and impact frequency of 60~100 times/minute, as well as the transportation vibration of 1000 times of continuous impact.
Dimensions: Indicator (Φ107×97) mm (weight: about 590g)
Sensor SZM-4 (Φ64×66.5) mm
SZM-4C (Φ44×69) mm
SZM-4H (Φ44×81×71) mm
Working principle
The sensor is mainly composed of a permanent magnet and an induction coil. The permanent magnet is connected with power equipment through soft oil. The permanent magnet induces the current in the coil after being driven to rotate, transmits it to the indicator through a lead, and drives a wide-angle ampere meter to indicate the measured rotating speed after voltage reduction and rectification.
Instructions
·Usage time: continuous use, no need of adding lubricating oil during use
·The sensor is matched with the indicator.
·The resistance of the transmission wire is not more than l.2Ω, and is equivalent to that the transmission distance of the lead with the specifications of RVV2×16×0.15 is l0m.
If the lead with the above specifications is adopted, the basic error will correspondingly be increased by 0.2% every l0m increase.
·The trimmer potentiometer on the opposite side of the indicator should be adjusted under the following conditions:
The error is increased due to slightly high resistance of transmission wire;
The sensor and the indicator are matched again after one of them needs replacing;
One sensor should drive two indicators under special requirements.
·Screw off the lock nut in advance during adjustment of trimmer potentiometer; still lock the lock nut after the adjustment.
